Basic Life Support American Heart Association (AHA) Classes

Fairview JobCare Occupational Health Services in conjunction with Fairview University Medical Center-Mesabi is a training center for the American Heart Association, offering Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers, and basic life support (CPR and Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) for non-healthcare providers in the workplace and community on a contract basis.

Training sessions are tailored to the customer’s specific needs whether it is at the workplace or in a classroom setting.

Our staff members are AHA certified instructors and are experienced in health education, occupational health, critical care, and emergency nursing along with first hand firefighter experience and training in HAZMAT Response. We instruct all our courses in accordance with the AHA guidelines and the most current standards in CPR and First Aid.
