NFPA 1500 7.18 The Fire Department shall engage in a hearing conservation program to identify and reduce or eliminate potentially harmful sources of noise in the work environment.

OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95 (g) (1) The employer shall establish and maintain an audiometric testing program…by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels.

JobCare staff members are Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationists who conduct audiometric testing as part of the hearing conservation team, to prevent hearing loss among occupational workers.

Audiometric Testing services are available and can be brought on-site to your location. Our portable booth and equipment has been calibrated and is sound monitored to allow for testing compliance.
